SNRE lecturer John DeCicco's approach to regulating emissions from the production of biofuels and their feedstocks under a cap-and-trade system is discussed in a recent article on the Green Car Congress Web site.  "Integrated into a cap-and-trade framework, this market-based approach would provide biofuel and feedstock production with a carbon price incentive tied to the cap, creating a more complete carbon management framework for the transportation fuels sector," says DeCicco.
