SNRE and Ross School of Business professor Thomas Gladwin leads Erb students in a seminar on changing business principles to reflect true sustainability, distinct from the gradual and minimal change often associated with businesses' perceptions of 'going green.'  "I can see it sweeping across academia and also business schools as a new framework for understanding what is our ultimate purpose," says Gladwin of the approach, which mixes economics, ecology,and philosophy.
