SNRE doctoral student Catherine Benson is among seven students from around the nation to receive the Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarship, awarded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.  The scholarship provides substantial support  to students studying marine biology, coastal resource management, or maritime archeology and allows them to work with scientists from NOAA.
