Leading scholars from around the US will discuss their work on the intersection of racism with multiple socially-constructed identities. Topics will include the racialization of Muslim Americans, colonialism and the spread of racism, and the intersection of racism and citizenship. The discussion will include presentations from each speaker followed by a moderated question and answer session.

SNRE offers a 3-5 day job shadowing experience during spring break for MLA students interested in learning more about the practice of landscape architecture. A host organization is asked to expose the student to the working world of landscape architecture, providing the student with real-world experience and professional development opportunities in his/her intended profession.
