The Environmental Law & Policy Program Lecture Series present Howard A. Learner, president and executive director of the Chicago-based Environmental Law and Policy Center, as the next speaker in its 2009-10 series. Learner will discuss "Growing the Green Economy to Solve Our Global Warming Problems ... and More" on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 4 p.m. in Hutchins 116.  He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan Law School.
